Please note that we have a strict no-refund policy.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing and paying for it. You can request a cancellation via email with your name and order number.

We take pride in preparing your order and ensuring  it is of the highest quality. If there is an issue with your order, such as a delivery address error issue or something else, please get in touch with us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the problem and make it right.
