I give great honor to Coach V for this wellness program. I am on the TransforMetion journey and I am proud to say I have reached the goal I have set out to do within 3 months.

Now, Coach V is my wellness Shero!!! This Coach has given me a plan, prepared delicious meals that are healthy and have exercised with me, and encouraged me along the way. Even when I wanted to give up. I am yet working towards my next set of goals. YAY!!!

I have decreased my sugar intake tremendously , my blood pressure readings are excellent I now make better eating choices and have lost 2 inches as well. I feel better about me and my clothes are looser, which is a A+ in my book. I will continue my journey of success and I give Thanks to God for coach V for showing me the path to good natural health and wellness!!
