When I tell you that being 244 pounds is not a joke ask my knees .I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and boarder line diabetes ,reality kicked in I was headed for a walker and insulin at 54 .no sir no ma'am I decided to take charge of my health my cousin Valencia Williams conducted a health and wellness challenge on Facebook. I joined and learned sooo much. Well long story short that same month I began feeling and seeing a difference and results .yes I do keto also.. I am on doing keto as I speak, but I learned the importance of eating 6 meals a day , breakfast , healthy snack, lunch healthy snack and dinner healthy snack ,with breakfast or lunch being the larger meal of the day. not both, one or the other ,with dinner being simple 2 to 6 oz of meat ,veggie ,salad .. and I drink water enough equal to my body weight, and I stop eating at 7 p.m . through the process I've learned during this journey that I can't have it my way I have to follow the process, I've learned self discipline and self control. and since April 2nd the results are overwhelming ☺ and I feel so much better. I still have a ways to go but I'm getting there and enjoying the process
